Terms of service

These terms apply to using brrr.studio and to ordering from it. The shop is operated by D.L. MANUFACTURER CO., LTD., company registration number 0105563156159. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Your account

• The details you register with must be true and current, particularly your email address and telephone number, because those are how we tell you about your order.
• Your password is your responsibility. If you suspect someone else has reached your account, change it immediately and tell us.
• We may suspend an account used dishonestly — for example, falsely claiming payment, or ordering to cause disruption.

2. Prices and products

• Prices are in Thai baht and include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm an order.
• We try to show colours and product details as accurately as we can, but a colour on your screen may differ slightly from the item itself.
• Where there is an obvious error in a price or in stock, we reserve the right to cancel that order and refund it in full. We will always tell you before we do.

3. Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we have verified the payment and confirmed the order. Stock is deducted at the point of confirmation. If an item sells out in the meantime, we will contact you to refund it or to change the order.

4. Payment

• At present the shop accepts bank transfer to the company's account only.
• After transferring, you must enter the reference number and attach proof of payment on the payment page for that order.
• We check the amount against the real bank account before confirming. We do not confirm on the strength of a slip image alone.
• An order left unpaid beyond the time allowed may be cancelled and its stock returned, so that goods are not held back from other customers.
• We do not accept and do not store credit or debit card numbers in the system.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within Thailand. Preparation time starts once payment has been confirmed.
• How long delivery takes depends on the courier and the destination, so what we can state is the date the parcel left the warehouse and its tracking number.
• An incomplete address, or nobody to receive the parcel, causes it to be returned to us. The cost of sending it again is the buyer's.
• Risk in the goods passes to the buyer once the buyer or their representative has received them.

6. Returns

The conditions and the procedure are set out in the returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Using the site

What you must not do with this site:

• Attempt to reach another user's data, or any part of the system you are not authorised for.
• Extract data automatically at a volume that interferes with normal service.
• Use the shop's images, text or marks commercially without permission.

The content, images, logo and name on this site are the intellectual property of D.L. MANUFACTURER CO., LTD. or of the rights holders who have licensed them to us.

8. Liability

We are liable for loss caused by the goods and by our service to the extent the law provides, but not for indirect loss such as lost income or lost business opportunity, save where the loss results from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. This section does not affect the rights you have as a consumer under consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. In the event of a dispute we will first try to settle it between us; failing that, the Thai courts have jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the site at the moment you placed it. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
